Ordnance Factory Bhandara Recruitment 2024 : Ordnance Factory Bhandara invites offline applications from candidates possessing NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) of AOCP Trade who are trained. in Ordnance Factories under erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board or under Munitions India Limited (MIL), having training/ experience in the Military ammunition and explosives manufacturing and handling, for vacancies of “DBW (Danger Building Worker) Personnel of AOCP trade on Tenure basis” to work in Ordnance Factory Bhandara, Maharashtra on contract basis initially for a period of ONE year which may be extended up to a maximum period of FOUR years from the date of engagement (including initial period) based on factory requirement and individual performance.

Ordnance Factory Bhandara Recruitment 2024 Essential Qualification

Essential Qualification: Candidates who have completed Apprentice training in AOCP trade possessing NAC / NTC Certificate issued by NCTVT (now NCVT) of AOCP Trade, who are trained in Ordnance Factories under erstwhile Ordnance Factory Board or under Munitions India Limited (MIL), having training/experience in the Military ammunition and explosives manufacturing and handling.

Selection Process

1. Selection of the candidates shall be done based on the Marks scored in the NCTVT and Trade Test/ Practical test only, in the order of Merit.
2. Trade Test will be carried out by Ordnance Factory Bhandara probably within one month of closing date of Advertisement. Trade Test/ Practical test will be of 100 marks.
3. Merit list will be prepared based on combined marks secured in NCTVT Exam and Trade test/Practical Test.
4. Weightage of Marks in NCTVT Exam and Trade test/Practical test will be 80% and 20% respectively.
