NPCIL Selection Process for the post of Stipendiary Trainees/ Technician (ST/TN) (Category-II) for ITI.
Written Exam will be conducted in 3 stage consists of (Preliminary Test + Advanced Test) + Skill Test. Written Test will be conducted on OMR Base/CBT which will be mentioned on admit card.
Stage-1 (Preliminary Test) :

Negative Marking : 1 mark to be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Total Time : 1 Hour
It will be a screening examination to shortlist candidates.
Stage-2 (Advanced Test) :

A merit list will be prepared for candidates after Stage-2 based upon scores obtained in Stage-2 only (Advanced Test).
Stage- 3 (Skill Test) :
The candidates will be shortlisted in each trade for skill test in the ratio of 1 post : 5 candidates (wherever the number of candidates is more than five) in the order of merit prepared after Stage-2.
That Student who clearing the Skill Test to be shortlisted and empaneled in order of merit based on marks secured in Stage-2 (Advanced Test).
