Educational Qualification

• 12th (+2 stage) or its equivalent examination. or
• A pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board and having ITI Certificate may also apply to be posted as Tech-III or
• A pass in Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board may also apply to be posted as Tech-III/Level-2 subject to 3 years training period.

Age Criteria (As on 01/07/2023)

• Minimum Age- 18 Years
• Maximum Age- 25 Years

Application Fees

• Candidates will have to pay Rs.500/-.
• SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), Women, Minorities, and Economic Backward Classes should pay Rs. 250/-.

Fees Payment Mode

• Application fee should be paid through Demand Draft / Pay Order from any Nationalized Bank, or crossed Indian Postal Order from any Post Office (issued on or after the date of this notification) drawn in favour of “ Principal Financial Adviser, East Coast Railway, payable at Bhubaneswar”.
  

Selection Process

• Selection will be based upon performance in sports Trials (Tentatively fixed to be conducted during 3rd/4th week of June’2023) and Sports Achievements. Certificate (Sports & Educational) Verification will be done by a duly constituted Recruitment Committee of this railway. The venue & date for Trials and Certificate Verification will be intimated to the eligible candidates.
