Post Qualification & Experience
Job Location
Posting shall be at any of the Coal Mining Project (CMP) sites of NTPC viz., Pakri Barwadih CMP, Chatti Bariatu CMP, Kerandari CMP, Badam CMP, Pakri Barwadih North-West CMP (All in Jharkhand), Talaipalli CMP (Chattisgarh), Dulanga CMP (Odisha), or any Stations/Projects/JVs/Subsidiaries of NTPC. All posts are transferable at the sole discretion of the Management.
Age Criteria
The Upper Age Limit is 25 Years as on last date of online submission of Application at careers.ntpc.co.in portal for General (UR) & EWS category candidates.
Category-wise relaxation in Upper Age Limit is as mentioned below :
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 Years
- SC/ST – 5 Years
- Land Oustee – 5 years
Relaxation for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) category candidates is as per extant Govt. of India guidelines.

Selection Process

Consolidated Fixed Monthly Salary
- Mining Sirdar- 40,000/ month
- All Other Trade- 50,000/ month
