ICAR IARI Technician (T-1) Syllabus 2023

ICAR IARI Technician T1 Syllabus 2023 : The scheme and syllabus of the examination are given in the rules of the examination for the post of Technician (T-1).

ICAR IARI Technician Exam Pattern 2023

• Examination will be of 100 marks consisting of Objective Type – Multiple Choice Questions and the duration will be of 90 minutes. There will be 4 subjects carrying 25 marks for each of the following subjects as per the following scheme –

• The Question Paper will be set in English & Hindi only.
• In case of any difference/discrepancy/dispute in the questions between English and Hindi, the content of English version shall prevail.
• Each question carries 1 mark.
• Negative Marking : For each wrong answer ¼ or (0.25) mark shall be deducted.
• There will be no interview for the posts of Technician (T-1).
• Qualifying marks in written test/CBT is prescribed as 40% for UR, 30% for SC/ OBC-NCL/ EWS and 25% for ST.

ICAR Technician Syllabus 2023

(A) General Knowledge : Question may be designed to test knowledge of current events relating to India and its neighbouring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Science, General Policy & Scientific Research.

(b) Mathematics : Matric level questions on Number System, Fundamental Arithmetical Operations, Algebra, Geometry, Mensuration, Trigonometry and Statistical Charts.

(c) Science : Matric level questions on Physical and Chemical Substances- nature and Behaviour, World of Living, Natural Phenomenon, Effects of Current and Natural Resources.

(d) Social Science : Matric level questions on India and the Contemporary World Democratic Politics, Understanding Economic Development and Disaster Management.
